Then we boarded our 5 hour flight and landed at BWI to find a voicemail from 1.5 hours before our scheduled pickup to let us know that they don't have any drivers and we have to call back so they can schedule us a shuttle instead or refund us for only the ride home that we reserved and change our plans. So all was good when we left Hawaii and landed in San Fransisco. BUT the customer service involved with our return trip or lack there of was ATROCIOUS and deserves negative stars! Let me start with the fact that I'm not even the one who decided to book this and was going to arrange for family to drop us on and pick us up from our trip, but my dad had a family emergency a few days before we left and wasn't going to be able to drop us off, he was also aware that I was to be engaged on our trip and wanted to provide us with a relaxing ride home.well this was quite the opposite thanks for that execucar. JUST ORDER A LYFT! I wish I could give more stars for my ride to BWI because our driver was early and just the right amount of friendly for picking us up so early in the morning. When I looked down at his dashboard when he said he had no radio I also noticed that his tire deflation warning light was on too. After listening to it for the first 30 mine we asked if he could change the radio station and he said " I don't have radio, you get this or nothing" in a very rude and aggressive tone. When we got in the vehicle elevator music was playing. "This is the way I'm going, let me drive" Nobody would take that road to Virginia". I said "would you mind taking a different route as it seems it would save a lot of time". I repeated it a bit louder and he said "what!". I said "excuse me sir" he didn't respond. We launched Waze because of the heavy traffic which showed a route that would save 20 minutes off the route he was taking. He had ear buds in, playing music off his device while driving. He did not offer to help load the vehicle and he didn't even acknowledge our saying hello. But the driver was downright rude and aggressive. We interacted with 4 staff, of which 2 were unfriendly and unhelpful, one was very nice and was attentive. We had 2 adults and 4 children, 5 suit cases and each had a carry-on. We thought we'd save some money by reserving a Super Shuttle rather than using Uber.
